Come and join us as we kick off the spring months with our awesome new group training sessions to get you in peak condition for your summer events or fitness goals. We are offering 3 different packages to suit all abilities geared towards triathletes, cyclists and those looking to get super fit. It’s the perfect build up to when your key races and events start, whether you’re doing your first tri or climbing Alpe de Huez!!

What do I get for my money in these packages?
  • All 3 training packages have Heavily discounted class prices and services.
  • The benefit of being run by 4 specialist training companies and expert coaches.
  • Initial consultation with Coach to set up your training and a review after 8wks.
  • The suggested* weekly training sessions will follow a specific build program.
  • 2 x 5hr weekend ‘training’ workshops including demos, talks, training, time trials and specialist testing for benchmarking your fitness and training zones.
  • A progress report from your 121 testing, analysis and time trials on completion.
  • An outdoor 1hr “coached” bike &/or a 3hr “training” ride every Sunday
  • Talks and demos including training principles, planning, bike set-up, maintenance, heart rate zones, improving your fat burning, power & pace training, nutrition, swim stroke comparisons, common injuries, race strategy and maximizing fat loss
  • A swim stroke video analysis with expert TI coach in endless pool (tri package)

The schedule and how it works…

  • The specific cycling & triathlon classes over the 8wk block will be:
    • TUESDAYS 8PM > BIKE HILL INTERVALS (VISUAL)
    • WEDNESDAY 7PM > RUNNING FORM & SPEED DRILLS
    • THURSDAY 7PM > BIKE POWER INTERVALS (VISUAL)
    • SATURDAY 11:30AM > RUNNING (SHORT & LONG INTS)
    • SUNDAY 9AM > OUTDOOR BIKE SKILLS (RICHMOND PARK)
    • SUNDAY 10AM > OUTDOOR RIDE (CIRCA 3+HRS FROM PARK)
    • FLUX STRENGTH CLASSES (ANY DAY – DISCUSS WITH COACH)
    • SWIM ANALYSIS (ANY DAY IN FIRST 3WKS – DISCUSS WITH COACH)
    • WORKSHOP 1 (AFTER 3WKS TRAINING) ON SATURDAY APRIL 25th
    • WORKSHOP 2 (AFTER 8WKS TRAINING) ON SATURDAY MAY 30th
  • There will be 8wks worth of specific classes and a suggested weekly timetable. In your initial consultation with the head coach (Pat Leahy) you can say which of the specific sessions you can get to over the 8wk period, then any remainder sessions you can use for other Pedal Studio or Flux classes (Win Win!!!)
