New Members Area - NO MORE SPREADSHEET!!!!!!!
HI Ironlungers!
OK - have a good solution to for quite a few things we have been wanting to do with the site!
I have just started putting together a membesr area / website which will link and integrate into the existing in the future. It is a very easy to use ning app, which is very similar to Facebook in a lot of ways ... so even Nick Cave will be able to use!!!

... errr ... maybe??
We can also use at as our members area for ALL members who use Pro-Vo2 as both a coaching company and team sessions. I have added some quick profile questions (will add some more later) which are required such as Club and Membership type (Virtual = Free, Outdoor = £50 and Full = £150 )
What you need to do today!Main objectives today is
a) Register and set yourself up a profile (please upload a picture...otherwise i will be having a rainman moment on the site not looking nice)
b) Log which training sessions you are coming to!!! Its soooo Easy!
1.Click on
Sessions (like events in facebook)
2.Click on the sessions i have set up so far (more to come later today!) and click whether you will be attending or not! DONE!!!
3.Surf around to see who's coming ... "Oh i fancy her, i best go to that session!" hahaha

(dont deny it guys ... i see which sessions are full!) ... also we can use it to show what instructor / leader is taking the group (at the moment, i have just jotted myself down on most, but will edit this after talking to other coaches)
The site you need to register at is
http://provo2.ning.com/Just use these areas for now whilst i set the rest of it up!
OTHER REMINDERS & INFO
1. TEAM KIT - Have you paid your deposit for the kit being made? I cant pay £3000-4000 worth of kit which is being "custom made" specifically for your own sizes and kit type
2. MEMBERSHIP - Have you paid your membership??? Please pay this if you are a Outdoor Member (£50) or Full Member (£150) ... i will ckeck when you sign up to ning
3. TRAINING PLANS - Currently i have started a few of you on a different system which i can write custom training plans a lot easier and simplier on than the new Training peaks interface. I am also looking at re-writing (simplifying / ditching some terminology) into PDF plans also. Please bare with me on this as it does take a lot of time writing the plans, but those of you already using this are already loving the format!!! More to come on that over these next months ... all good!
HAVE A GREAT RIDE TOMO ... I will try get up to the park work dependant ... though at moment we have Tom (kyle?) looking at doing a long v.advanced ride, Stevo (possibly with Crabb) i think is taking the A group and there are couple around for the B group also ... so put your name down on the above site (A,B and C rides all under the same thing ... so just decide on the day which group you want to ride with or put a comment on the session/event page)
Enough rambling from me ... BBBBBBBYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEE!
