Full membership is open to all from beginners to experienced athletes. Starter membership is also open to all levels of ability. Community membership is totally free & designed for anyone interested in joining, but would first like to come and try out some free sessions! It is also for any athletes who may be not want to join a team, but use Pro-Vo2 coaching services and want to keep informed of any open coaching sessions, camps or offers, plus connect with other self coached athletes on our Online Community.
